Ltd which professionally, R&D manufactures and sales non-woven fabrics, disposable medical dressings, protective suits started their adventure in September, 2011 in Lushan Industrial District.Our company occupies 120,000 square meters, over 105,000 square meters of building area; with a standard ISO Class 8 clean-room over 63,000 square meters; we have two auto-warehouses, storage capacity more than 43,000 cubic meters; we still have one ETO sterilization center over 2,500 square meters, sterilization capacity is more than 7,500 cubic meters per month; Joinkona own more than 20 large-advanced production equipments, more than 2500 small process equipments.Our company is divided into medical product BU and protective product BU.Medical product BU supplies more than 30 series and 520 different products,which includes disposable product used for instrument protection in operating room, isolation between doctor and patient and first aid. Main products are gynaecology set, urological set, extremity set, ophthalmology set, delivery set, general surgery set, neuroregulation set, knee arthroscopy set, cardiovascular set, intervention set, side drape, liquid collection pouch, general surgical gown, reinforced surgical gown and so on. Protective product BU supplies more than 10 series and 50 disposable different products used for medical and chemical protection. Medical protective coverall includes: isolation gown, patient dress and so on. Chemical protective coverall includes: liquid-tight protective clothing (Type 3), spray-tight protective clothing (Type 4), protective clothing for use against solid particulates (Type 5), protective clothing against liquid chemicals (Type 6) and so on.We trust one product is a life, which is our QA system soul. In accordance with ISO13485, our quality control system for disposable medical series is established, production process is in conformity with510K, EN13795 and EN14325., all products are with CE certification (protective clothing pass EC system: Article 11B)Microorganism laboratory and physical laboratory with ISO Class 7 have been built. Microorganism laboratory includes: positive control room, microorganism test room, asepsis room. All test equipments in physical laboratory meet international standard.eg: Martindale Abrasion Instrument, Electronic Peeling Test Machine, Servo Control Hydrostatic Head Tester, Bursting Strength Tester, Tensile Test Machine and so on.The monthly capacity is 1,800 ton non-woven, 200,000 sets surgical kits, 3,800,000 pieces of drapes, 1,000,000 pieces of gowns and 1,600,000 pieces of protective coveralls etc. There are over 20 senior management personnel, 50 speicalists, 120 technicians, and more than 4,500 staff The products have been sold to EU, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Australia, Africa and other countries, sold in domestic market at the same time.
